Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison between the client and the company. Maintain smooth and transparent communication with the client to understand their needs and expectations. Establish a long-term, trust-based relationship with the client.
  • Project and Deliverable Coordination: Ensure that contracted projects or services are executed efficiently and within the established deadlines. Coordinate with different teams within the company (operations, design, sales) to ensure proper resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet the client’s objectives.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution. Act as a mediator between the client and the internal team to ensure obstacles are efficiently overcome.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Ensure projects remain within the established budget. Provide clients with clear and detailed cost estimates. Negotiate budget or timeline adjustments when needed, always maintaining clear communication with the client.
  • Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and report work progress through KPIs to ensure established objectives are met. Present periodic reports to the client on project status and achieved results.
  • Client Retention and Upselling: Identify growth opportunities within managed accounts by promoting additional services or products. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase long-term retention.
  • Report Preparation and Presentation: Prepare regular reports on the status of projects and managed accounts. Present results and projections clearly and professionally to both the client and company leadership.
Requirements:
  • Operational skills.

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Logistics Planning and Management:
    Develop logistics plans to optimize the flow of products and materials within the company.
    Establish distribution and transportation routes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available without overstocking.
    Coordinate proper storage of products, optimizing space and ensuring optimal preservation conditions.
  • Transportation and Distribution Coordination:
    Organize local, national, or international shipments, ensuring delivery times are met.
    Negotiate with carriers and logistics service providers to obtain the best rates and conditions.
  • Operations Tracking and Monitoring:
    Use transportation management systems (TMS) and tracking tools to monitor shipment status.
    Resolve logistics issues such as delivery delays, damaged, or missing products.
  • Process Optimization:
    Implement improvements in logistics processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
    Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all logistics documentation is in order (delivery notes, invoices, customs documents).
    Comply with safety, transportation, and environmental regulations.
  • Logistics Team Management:
    Supervise warehouse and transportation staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
    Train employees on logistics procedures and best practices.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of logistics operations.

  • Customer and Supplier Relations:
